Love Yourself First: The Key to Happiness, Confidence, and True Connection

Meet my client, Cynthia Ferguson—a shining example of the transformative power of slow, sustainable change.

Cynthia is a global award-winning, top-100 House and Home interior designer, entrepreneur, and mother of two boys.

When we started working together, she knew she wanted to prioritize her health. Still, like many, she wasn’t sure where to start, especially after putting so many other priorities ahead of her own well-being.

Through small, consistent shifts, Cynthia discovered something powerful:

“Everything falls into place when I put me first.”

By making herself a priority, she built lasting habits that support her energy, strength, and overall well-being.

No quick fixes, no extremes—just steady, intentional choices that have transformed her health from the inside out, showing that it’s not about drastic measures but consistency and intention.

How?

One of Cynthia’s key learnings was the importance of sleep.

She shares, “I have been able to manage my stress and stopped feeling like I was running on fumes by learning to get more sleep each night—this was achieved by understanding that sleep must come first as one of the foundational blocks to building a stronger me.

I achieved this by sticking to a routine at least four nights a week. I put it in my calendar like a meeting, so it is planned out and, therefore, non-negotiable.

Without sleep, nothing else is achievable, so it is my one non-negotiable. Sleeping better has reduced my stress level, increased my bandwidth, and allowed me to make better choices with my nutrition.

I am down over 40 pounds, sleep at least 7 1/2 hours a night, 4 nights a week and have much more control over my nutrition as a result of feeling more centred.

If I run on empty, my decision-making is more centred on instant gratification and filling a void rather than choosing what is best to fuel myself.

I must put myself first, or everything else falls apart. You changed my life!”

I’d love to take the credit, but Cynthia did the work.

I help clients like Cynthia become autonomous experts in their well-being and personal path.

Are you ready to make a change in your daily habits that is going to put you first? Let’s make it happen—one habit at a time.

I’m looking for two exceptional women who are fully committed to living out their best years now. If you’re ready to prioritize your health and well-being, book a call with me today.
