Keynote:  Moving Towards Vitality:  The Power of Play!

Janet Omstead was the keynote speaker at our Women in Business Conference, Ambitious AF: Fearless Growth & Connection for Women in Business, on July 12th, 2023. Janet’s ability to blend insightful knowledge with an interactive experience was what set this keynote apart. She had a knack for infusing the science-backed benefits of play with real-world anecdotes that resonated with every audience member. I would definitely recommend Janet’s keynote, Moving Towards Vitality: The Power of Play.
