Reframing exercise as PLAY

Reframing exercise as PLAY

By Published On: April 23rd, 2021

What if we reframed ‘exercise’ as we know it?

Reframed it so that anyone, regardless of confidence, fitness level, or social status, can do?

What if we thought of exercise as PLAY?

This week I had the privilege of discussing this idea and more with Dr. Amy Bantham, CEO and founder of Move to Live More, on her podcast.

Amy’s on a mission to help people live healthier, longer and more active lives. She’s doing incredible work!

No, this isn’t me trying to disguise a word to use a clever marketing ploy.

And it’s not about having washboard abs or being on the cover of a magazine.

It’s about taking control of your life so you can live fully.

And enjoy yourself while you’re doing it.

Playing is an incredible opportunity to find joy in life and engage our mind, body, and spirit in the relentless pursuit of happiness no matter WHAT our age!

The best part?

It’s FREE.

Have you ever thought of exercise as PLAY before?

Did you have an ah-ha moment?

Send me an e-mail to info@janetomstead.com – I’d love to hear from you!

PLAY ON!

P.S. Want to find a way to PLAY a little more?
