One of the simplest nutritional changes I help my clients is with hydration.  Simple yes, easy not so much!

Even though our bodies are made up of 65% water, many people have a hard time replenishing their fluids.  How much do you need?

Water requirements vary by person depending on climate, diet, activity level, and body size.  The minimum standard formula to determine how much water to drink is calculated as:

  • weight in lbs x .55 divided by 8 = how many 8 oz glasses of water per day!

Keeping track of how much water you have had in a day can be a challenge.  While that can seem overwhelming, using this simple trick you can learn right now, you can easily begin to increase your water intake effortlessly!
